Bring your experience. Switch systems.
A focused four-day SSI Instructor Crossover schedule built around your existing professional experience—and flexible enough to fit your calendar.
Your experience counts.
The SSI Instructor Crossover introduces experienced instructors from recognised training organisations to SSI’s philosophy, standards, systems and teaching approach—without asking you to relearn what you already know.
Ocean Tribe can run the training across four consecutive days, split it over two weekends, or incorporate it into a full Instructor Training Course. The exact arrangement is shaped around the candidate.
One crossover. Three flexible formats.
The training content stays focused; the delivery can flex around travel, work and your professional goals.
Four consecutive days

Two weekends
