Advanced Adventurer is a good broad introduction because it lets you experience several areas. If you already have a clear goal—such as depth, buoyancy or longer no-decompression time—a focused specialty may suit you better.
Yes. SSI digital learning allows you to work through much of the academic content in the MySSI app before arriving, leaving more of your time in Diani for practical training and diving.
No. Most diving specialties do, but React Right is open to anyone with an interest in first aid and emergency response. Higher-level courses may require additional certifications or logged dives.
