Ocean Tribe Dive Club brings together passionate divers who want more than a one-off trip. Members receive dive savings, training benefits, partner offers and access to the Ocean Tribe community.
Gold membership is designed for regular divers who want the strongest benefits. Silver is a lighter option for divers who visit less often but still want to save on every trip.

Full club privileges for visiting divers and international Ocean Tribe regulars.
East African residents
$499 / 12 months
The full Gold membership at the East African resident rate.
Proof of residency in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda or Burundi is required.

A flexible option for divers who visit less often and want useful savings on each trip.

Your sixth year is free
Complete five full membership years and receive the following year at no cost.

1. Membership validity
Membership is valid for 12 full months from the purchase date. Benefits begin immediately and remain active until the expiry date. Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Eligibility and resident rates
Members must hold at least an Open Water Diver certification or equivalent to join fun dives.
The East African resident rate requires proof of citizenship or legal residency in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda or Burundi. A valid ID, residence permit or utility bill must be presented during registration.
3. Booking and dive access
Dive trips, pool refreshers and training sessions must be booked in advance. Access depends on availability, boat capacity, weather and minimum booking numbers. Gold unlimited diving does not guarantee space on a particular trip.
4. Using your Dive Club benefits
- Free equipment rental covers standard recreational gear. Specialty items are rented separately unless stated otherwise.
- Try Scuba and Intro to Sidemount sessions must be scheduled in advance.
- The Silver birthday dive must be booked and used within seven days of the member’s birthday.
- Friend discounts apply when the friend books the same trip and dive day as the member.
5. Partner discounts
Members can access partner accommodation and safari offers by presenting a valid Ocean Tribe Dive Club digital ID. These offers are managed by third parties, so availability, pricing and individual terms may change.
6. Digital membership
Membership is held digitally in the MySSI app. Keep your diver profile current and link it to your account after registration so you can show proof of membership and access your benefits.
7. Programme changes and misuse
Ocean Tribe may update benefits, prices or terms for new sign-ups and renewals. Existing memberships remain under the terms agreed at purchase. Unauthorised benefit sharing, false residency claims or other misuse may result in cancellation without refund.
