The Advanced Specialty Diver Package is designed for certified Open Water Divers who want to go beyond the basics. Over four focused days you complete four full SSI specialty courses, each one building on the others.

Hold an SSI Open Water Diver certification or an equivalent qualification from another recognised agency.

Minimum age

You must be at least 15 years old to complete this package and qualify for the full Deep Diving certification.

It is a recognition rather than a diver rating. You earn it by completing four SSI specialty diver certifications and logging 24 dives. This package gives you four specialties, and your logged dives count towards the 24.
How long does the package take?
The package runs over four days. Ocean Tribe confirms your course schedule before you arrive.
What is included?

Do I need my own equipment?
Cylinders and weights are included. Contact Ocean Tribe before your course to confirm what other equipment you need and whether you should bring your own dive computer.
How much does it cost?
The package price is $545 per person, with a $100 deposit to secure your booking.
Will I be qualified to dive to 40 metres?
Completing the Deep Diving specialty qualifies eligible divers to plan recreational dives to a maximum of 40 metres. You must always stay within your experience, local conditions and certification limits.
