Dive and safari questions
Do I need to be a certified diver?
No. Ocean Tribe can include beginner dive experiences or an Open Water Diver course. Certified divers can enjoy guided diving suited to their certification and experience.
Can non-divers join the package?
Yes. Non-diving partners, friends and family members can enjoy the beach, resort facilities, snorkelling and other Diani activities before joining the safari.
Can you change the itinerary?
Yes. Trip length, number of dives, game parks, accommodation style, board basis and transport can be adjusted to suit your group and budget.
What type of accommodation is available?
Options can range from self-catering and bed-and-breakfast stays to beachfront resorts, safari lodges and luxury tented camps. Safari sections are normally full board.
What wildlife might we see?
Sightings vary because the animals are wild, but Kenyan safari destinations may offer opportunities to see elephants, lions, giraffes, buffalo, zebra, antelope, cheetahs and many other species.
