For the people bringing the group

Bring your divers. Build your trip.

Organising a dive club holiday, leading your customers overseas or arranging a commercial group? Ask for a proposal with the right organiser or trade arrangement.

Accompanying professionals

Your group. Your professional diving benefit.

On qualifying packages of three or more dive days, ask about complimentary diving for the professionals accompanying and organising your group.

20 + 2 20 paying divers

  • Available by prior agreement on qualifying multi-day bookings.
  • The professional follows the same dive package as the paying group.
  • Cylinders, weights and Ocean Tribe guiding are included.

Complimentary diving excludes accommodation, airport transfers, meals, courses, safari activities and other separately charged services. Equipment hire is quoted separately. Single-day professional rates are available on request.

Discuss Professional Places
Dive centres & travel agents

A local partner for your Kenya dive groups.

Bring your customers to Diani with a clear commercial arrangement agreed before you sell the trip.

  • Request an agreed net group rate for your packaged holiday.
  • Alternatively, discuss a commissionable selling price.
  • Include accompanying professional places in the quotation.
  • Add hotels, airport transfers and safari extensions.
  • Work with one local team on your itinerary and logistics.

Tell us your business name, expected group size, dates and dive package. Let us know whether you prefer net rates or a commissionable quotation.

Trade rates, commissions and professional benefits are agreed individually in writing. An agreed net rate does not carry an additional commission deduction.

Request Trade Rates
Published group prices do not automatically include complimentary professional places or agent commission. Your written proposal confirms the agreed combination of prices, benefits and boat arrangements. Professional certification alone does not qualify a diver for a free place.

Group trip FAQs

Questions from group organisers

How large does our group need to be?
Group prices start with four paying divers booked together on the same package. Further bands apply at 10, 15 and 20 paying divers. Contact us for groups larger than 25 or a customised itinerary.
Are the prices per dive, per day or per package?
Prices are per paying diver for the complete package shown. One half-day trip includes two dives. A five-half-day package includes 10 dives across five scheduled trips.
Can our members take courses during the holiday?
Yes. SSI courses, specialties and refreshers can be included, subject to prerequisites and scheduling. Courses are quoted separately and do not automatically count towards dive-trip group thresholds.
Can accompanying dive professionals dive for free?
On qualifying packages of three or more dive days, ask about one complimentary professional place with 10 paying divers, or two with 20 paying divers. Benefits require prior written agreement and depend on the final quotation and boat arrangements. Professionals bring their own equipment. Other services are quoted separately.
Does 10 plus 1 mean 11 people diving?
Yes. It means 10 paying divers plus one accompanying professional. Complimentary professionals do not count towards the paying-diver total used to determine your price band.
Do agents receive commission on the published prices?
Commission is not automatically included. Dive centres and travel agents can request an agreed net rate or a commissionable quotation. Commission and professional places are confirmed together in writing. Net rates do not carry an additional commission deduction.
Can some divers bring their own equipment?
Yes. All paying divers on the same package count towards the group band. Divers bringing their own BCD and regulator receive the applicable own-equipment rate. Other members receive the rental-equipment rate.
Will everyone use the same boat?
Your proposal confirms boat arrangements for the total number travelling, including professionals. Larger bookings may use additional boats or separate departures. We also plan how to divide your booking into small guided groups.
What happens if our numbers change?
Your price band and complimentary places depend on the guaranteed number of paying divers. If numbers change, we review the quotation under your agreed booking terms. Your proposal confirms deadlines for final numbers and payment.
Do you only accept SSI-certified divers?
No. Divers certified by recognised training agencies can join suitable trips. We check certification and recent diving experience when preparing your group proposal.
Can non-divers join the holiday?
Yes. We can help your organiser plan beach time, snorkelling, activities and safari options. Non-divers are quoted separately and do not count towards paying-diver price bands.
Are accommodation and airport transfers included?
The table covers Diani diving packages. Accommodation, airport transfers and safaris are quoted separately. Local Diani and Galu hotel pickups are included.
