Welcome to the Ocean Tribe Diver Learning Centre. We have tried to put together information and videos from across the diving world to help you understand and study dive theory. Check out each category in the Learning Centre to find explanations, videos, and more. We hope it helps you to prepare for your dive instructor training course and look forward to seeing you on the program. Along that journey to Instructor.

Kids Scuba Diving for the School Holidays in Nairobi
The Christmas school holidays are just around the corner here in Kenya and Ocean Tribe are delighted to announce a range of kids scuba diving programs of different ages groups to get involved in and learn to dive in their school holidays.
Programs will be conducted in various locations around Nairobi and for courses such as the PADI Open Water Diver program which require open water dives, these will be finished at the coast (we can adjust to family holiday schedules).
For our younger divers aged between 8-10 we have the PADI Bubblemaker Try Dive and the PADI Seal Team and Master Seal Team programs. These are conducted in pool environments and are a great introduction to scuba diving with basic training and fun filled “Aqua-missions” over the holiday. We will also be running an after-school kids scuba diving club the Scuba Simbas in the new year.
For kids aged 10+ there is the PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience, which introduces them to the world of scuba diving in a pool or confined ocean environment. There is also the opportunity to earn the PADI Junior Open Water Diver certificate, the first scuba diving certificate enabling kids to dive in the beautiful waters of the Indian Ocean and around the world.
