Eligibility for Returns
You may return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The item is not damaged or custom-modified.
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of use, damage, or is returned without valid documentation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Masks, snorkels, mouthpieces, wetsuits, and other personal gear (due to hygiene reasons) unless defective on arrival.
- Special order or custom equipment.
- Gift cards or discounted promotional items.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on availability and the nature of the fault.
Exchange Process
If you’d like to exchange an item:

- Once approved, return the item using a tracked courier service to our store address.
- You may be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was defective or wrongly sent.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
