Why We Don’t Offer Work-for-Training Programs
To give you the best learning experience, we invest in:
- SSI training materials and certification fees.
- Instructor wages to ensure expert guidance.
- Dive equipment maintenance for safety and reliability.
- Tank fills, boat fuel, and crew salaries to support training dives.
- Premises rent and transport costs to operate smoothly.
For these reasons, we do not offer work-to-pay options. However, we support you in finding a job after certification, helping you start your dive career and recover training costs.
Finding Paid Work After Certification
Once you qualify as an SSI Instructor or Divemaster, we assist with job placements. In some cases, we offer paid work at Ocean Tribe, depending on demand and individual circumstances.
